Precautions
When using a pressure cooker
1. Checking the function valve and safety valve
Check that the function valve nozzle is not clogged, that the hole is not clogged, and that the safety valve is working.
2. Observe the amount of cooking
Do not add ingredients or broth to more than 2/3 of the pot’s depth.
For foods that expand in volume, such as beans and grains, do not add more than 1/3 of the pot’s depth.
3. Do not use ingredients that foam suddenly or large amounts of oil.
In addition, when cooking highly viscous, paste-like foods (curry or stew roux), do not use under pressure.
4. Open the lid after releasing the steam.
5. Do not cook from scratch
This will damage not only the pot but also the packing.
