Usability and Cleanability

 

Basic operation is simple with only start and rice discharge buttons.

 

Up to 12kg of sushi rice can be mixed with vinegar and cooled in as little as 4 minutes.

 

After mixing, rice is automatically discharged into the rice box.

 

Cleaning parts can be removed in 30 seconds. Sanitary use is maintained with cleaning once a day.
